1. New Installation
*******************

	Download the Full Release (Ferret.zip) from the website.
	Open the downloaded file, double-click setup.exe and follow the instructions.
	Start the game from the Programs Menu or Desktop Icon.

	If your Anti-Virus software prevents the installation see Manual Installation below.

	New versions of the game can also be installed using this procedure.

2. Manual Installation
**********************

	Download the Manual Release (FerretMR.zip) from the website.
	Open the downloaded file and copy the contents of the zip file into a new folder.
	Run Ferret.bat to start the game.

3. Update Release
*****************

	Download the Update Release (FerretUP.zip) from the website.
	Open the downloaded file and copy the contents of the zip file into the folder where
	Ferret was installed.

4. Linux/MAC Installation
*************************

	Download the Manual Release (FerretMR.zip) from the website.
	Open the downloaded file and copy the contents of the zip file into a new folder.
	If not already loaded, install Wine from your software repository.
	Wine is available on Linux and MAC. CrossOver is also available on MAC.
	Right-click on Ferret.bat and Open With... Wine Windows Program Loader.
	A cmd.exe window will open with Ferret.exe running in it.

5. ChromeOS Installation
*************************

	Enable the Linux Development Environment in Settings->Advanced.
	Install Wine (sudo apt-get install wine32)
	Download the Manual Release (FerretMR.zip) from the website.
	Open the downloaded file and copy the contents of the zip file into the working folder.
	Start Ferret with wine Ferret (first use may generate some error/warning messages).

6. Uninstall
************

	The uninstall.bat macro (in Ferret.zip) will remove a Full Release of Ferret from your PC.
	Copy uninstall.bat to a different location (e.g. the desktop) and run it to remove the game.
	Manual installations can be uninstalled by deleted the folder containing the game.
